Worst Company i ever dealt with

<p>I have sent my car for service to VW Hoopers and i have already had Engine light on. the car was handed over to service manger to proceed with required service and i have emphasised reasons to diagnose why engine light on as i will be driving long distance and the car has to be reliable. The car was handed back after service and i have emphasised once again before taking the car whether the light was diagnosed and what was the outcomes, their response to me was"the car is roadworth andf light might be a faulty switch which may cause no serious problem and you must bring it by the first week of January" however a week later the car broke down in the midle of the road. i had to tow it back to durban for assessment where i was told that " the chain timing was off position caused malfunction of the engine and extensive damage to cylinder head" therefore the claim was logged to the warranty company which upon meeting with warranty business and VW the outcome accordingly warranty business that VW is accountable for cost as they have released the vehicle with engine on without being investigated. Upon arranging meeting with VW it was sad that i have to pay the full amount ot the cost, after persisting with my enquery they have decide to meet me halfway which did not matrialised due to the fact that i had to pay in almost full amount. this is the worst company that makes me regret buying VW vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
