Worst after service experience. ********* *****ing parts at Tavcor service in Port Elizabeth

Took my vehicle for cable replacement and when i went to collect I noticed that the seatbelt clip on the passenger front seat was different to the driver seatbelt clip. Someone clearly stole my seatbelt clip and replaced it with an older and damaged clip. This is the worst so far and really shows that people take advantage of customers and ***** their parts. If they can replace a new clip with an old one you can imagine how many more parts they replace with old parts. This is very ********* and unacceptable. I would be very disappointed to see the person who stole my part still having a job. Such conduct is not even worthy of internal disciplinary. I hope they find the ******** and deal very harshly.
