Work not done.

Hi Please assist I took my car to vw clinic in Kempton park last week to fix the leaking oil underneath. They charged me ten thousand five hundred rand ,they said they reason they charged me this money is because the oil spread all over they had to replace other parts .The problem know is the car is no more moving smooth when applying the accelerator its jumping and before taking it to vw clinic it was not doing that and the oil is still leaking . please assist I think they taking advantage of me as a woman.
