Women violated on buying a vehicle.

I would like to log a complaint against Hatfield Volkswagen in Braamfontein. I called on Friday 27 September 2019 which the sales person was Dillion Williams. I was than referred to Gladwyn (***) the new cars manager, where he called me regarding the car I was interested in buying which was the T-Cross. I enquired about the price and also stated my budget. The response I received from him was shocking as he responded by saying “Are you crazy, are smoking your socks, are you drunk and how can you want a new car for R350 000.” He then dropped the call on me, I called back to confirm if Gladwyn was serious and he did not answer any calls after that (3 calls were made to *** and ***). How do you expect me as a woman to feel after I was violated by a member of Volkswagen Hatfield Braamfontein, as all I was trying to do was negotiate on a car deal? I would like to let all women know that please after this pathetic service I have received, to take your business elsewhere where your support will be valued as a women and a customer. I will also inform our marketing and HR Heads about this as our company does a lot of customer referrals to them.
