Windscreen chip

After purchasing my VW touran from Philwest Volkswagen Cape Town on the 30th of June and taking delivery from a local courier company I only noticed a small chip on my windscreen when I arrived home. I immediately contacted the sales agent and was asked to send a mail with a picture of the chip. The chip subsequently became a big crack and we are now in month three ater numerous enquiries and empty promises with no resolution. When will my windscreen be repaired???
