WHAT ELSE CAN VW MIDRAND FIND TO BILL YOU FOR

I am totally disgusted with the service I received from VW midrand. For the past week, having my vehicle stay overnight and coming back with the same noise i get a call from the dealership manager who was totally rude and did not bother about listening to reasoning.He said that the vehicle repair was explained to me and that I should have made the right call and the service adviser was right.The arrogance is totally disgusting from a dealership manager. I am extremely upset and do not even have the words right now,m and would not recommend VW MIDRAND to anyone. IF there is another way of me taking this up with VW south africa, please let me know.<br> Thanks
