Warranty claim problem on air-conditioned condenser

I bought a VW Polo 1,0 TSI GT in May 2022.I took out an additional maintenance plan and warranty. In September 2023, my air conditioner stopped working. I took my car to the local dealership and they informed me that it could be something small like a leak or it could be that a stone hit the condenser, which VW does not cover. Guess what, later that day the service lady called me and informed me that the condenser was damaged by a stone and they wouldn't cover the cost, as it is a "foreign object that hit the condenser.

My argument is,... How do I have control over something underneath my car. Does that mean that if I get this aircon fixed for R10000 (from my own pocket), it can happen again if I drive just 10 kilos further.

I am really disappointed in the product that VW sold me and will definitely not recommend there products to any of my friends or family.
