warranty

hello Peter,<br> <br> my VW polo which is less than 2 years old just stacked in a traffic light was not engaging gears without any warning sign before and it still under warranty and when i took it to vw west gate they told me after one day that i must pay R6400 they have checked the car the problem is the clush but when call Head Office they told me that clash is cover but they still need to determine what caused the clash to fail where as the dealer already concluded that i must pay out of my pocket. out of the conference call i had with a dealer and Head office(Zukiswa ) they said they need to disassemble the car to determine if it warranty related issue or not but i have to pay for that, in other hand the dealer already told me that i would have to pay.<br> <br> <br> Thanks
