Warranty

My car warranty expired on the 7/11/2015 and my vehicle broke down due to mechanical failure on the same day. I had Volkswagen South Africa roadside assistance tow the vehicle to VW Barons in Durban on the 7/11/2015 and now VW South Africa is hesitant on covering the cost under warranty as the VW dealership in Durban made the job card for the car on Monday 9/11/2015 which reflected that the warranty has expired. It's been more 10 days that am without a vehicle and the dealership has failed to supply me with a courtesy vehicle.
