Waiting more than 4 months for licence disk.

I bought A Cerato at NTT Volkswagen Heidelberg. After paying a Standard hefty amount for the Vehicle Registration and Admin. I was called and asked if I could rather do the licensing myself as I am in Roodepoort and the dealer is in Heidelberg. <br> I said no, as I don't have time to do so and already paid for that service from the dealership. In December before we left to go on holiday I checked the license disk and saw that it had already expired. I still did not receive the new disk from Volkswagen, after driving the car for 3 months. <br> I contacted the sales person. He apologised and said I should contact him when I return from Holiday, as there was no Time to get the the disk to me. The license disk is with him. <br> Hi have contacted him twice after we returned. After numerous phone calls and an email, he only now arranged to deliver my License disk.
