Waiting for my car to be book in for over 5 months

In September 2014 I took my car in and there was a strange sound coming from the front left wheel.<br> After 2 days they said they need more time on the vehicle but I said that I cannot go on without a car. They said they would arrange for a car for me to use in the next month.<br> October came and I had to call again since no one contacted me and they said another month.<br> November came by and I had to call again for the same reason. They still couldn't help me and promised for the next week.<br> I left it till January and called them again. This time I spoke to the service manager, he apologised and said he will assist me immediately. 1 hour later someone contacted me and said I can book my car in 2 days later. On the morning I had to bring my car in, someone phoned me and said they are not ready and will help me this afternoon. They did not get back to me that afternoon and any of the days after that.<br> Ridiculous service.
