Waiting 2 weeks for feedback

I had my vehicle towed in due to breakdown on the 12 March 2015 after I reported to the VW Road assistance. As I started the car that morning, I received a notification on the display, \Gearbox Error: Reverse Gear Not Available". This happened just after I picked it up from Alberton VW dealer for a 45000km service. The car was towed to Polokwane VW centre"
