Waiting 2 months for Defective Hankook tyre replacement from VW South Africa

Been waiting 2 months for VW to replace defective Hankook tyres on my T Cross 1.5. Received an emai from VW Managing Directors office in June assuring me the issue would be resolved by end of July 2021. Not surprising the MD of VW has not kept their word the and shocking customer service continues. They obviously have no interest in customer service or customer safety. Alpine VW the dealer involved has also been unable to fine any solution via VW SA.
