VWSA Rapped off their clients.

Hi everyone, I would like to share this with everyone. I had a clutch problem with my POLO TSI. My car covered about 35,000 km. When the dealership claimed from VWSA, "They said it's too early for them to cover," I had the same problem again, which I was to cover with my money. One of the VW dealerships told me that my car is slightly above 60,000 km and that the warranty for 120,000 km will never cover it. They only cover below 600,000 km. They said the product's called TPI (Technical Product Information). I complained to the VWSA. The VWSA and Kempton Park VW dealerships had a call conference. Today they told me that they do not look at kilometers; they gave me a different answer. I now have three different answers to one problem. I asked VWSA to put everything in writing, but they refused. I requested a copy of the 120 000km warranty, which they also refused. The car is under finance. I advise you not to buy a car from a VW dealership. They are ripping people off.
