VWSA POOR SERVICE

I have an issue with my car since early 2022...VWSA keeps emailing me that their waiting for response from Germany...I mean wth did I buy my car in Germany or SA...then you take your car for service at their dealerships and get your perfume ****** whiles at it. Every last day of the month we are sent an email: VWSA is currently working together with the factory in Germany to resolve the concern. unfortunately, at this time, VWSA is unable to give you an indication as to when the solution will be available in South Africa. Same email every month just the date of the letter that changes. The year is coming to an end, and I have just given up on these people's service. Dis baie sleg!!!
