VWSA Pathetic Service

My Polo TSI has 40000km on the clock.. Clutch packed up and it took 4 weeks to get VWSA to agree to fix the vehicle under a warranty claim. Then the gearbox gave issues as soon as the clutch was repaired and two weeks later they have now decided to fix the gearbox under a warranty claim… For six weeks I have not had a vehicle and you have to constantly fight with them to get answers on your warranty claim… The service from VWSA is extremely poor, slow and very frustrating… The new parts can now take up to 21 days to arrive… No curtesy vehicle !!!!!!!! Will never buy another VW
