VWSA - No service after 30+ years

After a break-in I had to order my control unit from VW and pay for the component in advance. 4 months later and still waiting. Wrote to MD Martina Biene 2 months ago, and just get a "still waiting for parts from Germany" reply. Got a courtesy car from dealership for 3 days only. Dealer has to place order with VWSA. I was forced to uber to work- After 30 + years loyal to vw, decided to switch to another brand. If the CEO/MD cannot help, where do you turn to?
