VWSA KELSTON UITENHAGE TERRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED

On the 25/09/2022 My VW Polo GTI DSG 2021 started leaking oil underneath then 26/09/2022 my Vehicle was uplifted to kelston premises at Uitenhage. Since the 27/09/2022 my vehicle has been with the only on the 03/10/2022 I was advised that the fault on my car is a gearbox it broke down and my vehicle is still under warranty. VWSA and kelston are not willing to assist me with mobility but its an OEM fault. Therefore I purchased a defected unit and I have been sent from pole to pole regarding my concern. As for the VWSA customer care personal assigned to my case Lucina also is not willing to assist me. I'm left with a car that's at the workshop with no information and with no vehicle to use yet I'm paying for a vehicle.
