VWSA doesn't care about VW customers

Our vehicle has been at the panel beater for 5 months because VWSA has failed to deliver the part that is needed for repairs. They have shifted the ETA date so many times that I even lost count. The last stance they pulled is that the part was ordered and delivered to a wrong client and they had to reorder the part again, the question is why order again when the part is linked to the VIN of our vehicle. Today was another ETA and guest what, VWSA has failed again. Sometimes we think owning a VW is convenient because you wont have to wait for parts, but I have been waiting for 5 months and counting. I have begged the insurer to write off this vehicle because clearly VWSA doesn't want to deliver this key reader. This is more than an inconvenience and it is so frustrating. Please Budget insurance write off this vehicle because clearly VWSA is not will to deliver the ordered part. Imagine paying for a vehicle and insurance for 5 months without a vehicle.
