VWSA do not honour there guarantee

VWSA and there agents do not go out there guarantees. 4 months ago my cars clutch was changed at there approved dealer and now it’s problematic. The dealer and VWSA refuse to address and are passing g the buck to each other. I am left without my car being sorted. They do not have honourable values.
