VWSA Customer Service is pathetic

I bought my 3rd Amarok and probably >10 VW Vehicle from Lindsey Saker in Dec’23. Since beginning Jan’24 I started to complain to the Dealer about a strange blowing/houwning sound and a constant vibration on the Vehicle. After 6 visits to the Dealer, still no joy. The Dealer keep on waiting for VWSA to revert back. Weekly I get phone calls from VWSA providing unhelpful feedback. Subsequently the Vehicle started to rattle and more recently a noise from the dashboard. The Vehicle constantly vibrates through the steering wheel. Does VWSA respect their clients this little, by not responding or resolving Customer Complaints???
