VWSA- Bitter taste of bad service still lingers on

<p>VWSA- Absolutely bad service. The manner in which my complaint was handled cer*****ly doe not bode well for any future vehicle purchases. We bought the vehicle paid cash for it from brand new and VW has walked away from the gearbox problems leaving me in the lurch. The cost of this gearbox is raising only for my pocket. the matter was referred to the ombudsman, but never resolved in my favour. All I have left now is to spread the word of the bad experience so that others can learn from this dis-tasteful incident.</p>
