Vwsa and it's pathetic service

I'm amazed at the service u have to offer your clients. It's quite sad, when we buy a vehicle from 1 of your dealerships and promised everything just to be **** too each time my car goes in for a fault. It seems as if you guys don't really care about customer service only about the sale. Now I'm stuck with a car full of faults and im paying for an extended warranty that I can't use just because I bought a car as is from barons pmb and now they won't fix my car cause I'm the reason the car has all these faults. Honestly astonished at how clients are treated after a sale is done. As a client I turned to u for help and get told it's between the dealer and i. Do you treat all your customers this way?
