VWSA after sales is the worst

I bought a Vw tiguan at NTT in East London in 2022 brand new. Yesterday the 22nd July 2024 my car wouldn't start. I managed to jump start it and took it to the dealership and they ran diagnostics. I was told after 4 that I won't have my car ca as they do not have a Spare car. So yesterday I had to walk 15 km by feet to and from fetching my daughter from school as this got me unprepared financially. I didn't go to work and tomorrow I won't go to work as I will have to be the one responsible for our daughter to and from school walking because you do not have a courtesy car. I will never buy a car from VWSA again. Their after sales is very bad
