vw worst service

The worst service ever recieved, took my car in for service when it came back, certain things were ticked but not touched. They lost my lock nut and currently driving in a car that has no lock nut. My sunroof had a problem and they did not attend to it. When i went to complain. The service mananger was rude and so was the guy who wasvsuppose to take care of my case donaven...and was banned from vw ladysmith because I complained
