VW WONT REPAIR DEFECT TO TIGUAN

I received my brand NEW TIGUAN end of March 2017 from Hatfield VW in Braamfontein and recently DISCOVERED a defect on the Driver Seat. (at the bottom of the upright and the part one sits on, which clearly indicate that it would have NOT been picked-up during PDI, nor by me when I collected the car. This damage (where it’s situated) could under NO circumstances been caused accidentally, which imply that VW accuses me of intentionally causing the damage. I deny this and will take all steps to have VW rectify this at their cost.
