VW Welkom

Last year October I bought my car from VW in Welkom. The inside rear view mirror was faulty but the salesperson explained and said they have already made the order. Sent them countless emails but rep**** only when they feel like. A month ago I manage to get numbers of the person I was sending emails to. It seemed as if we getting somewhere and he also promised me that he made the order and he will notify me once the parts arrive. Now I can't reach him, even blocked my numbers on his WhatsApp
