VW warranty plan *******!!!!

<p>I dropped off my daughter in Lenasia after work Friday 23/06/17 and was advised by car guard that my oil??? Is leaking. Upon investigation at the garage on Rose Avenue in Lenasia i was advised that it wasn't oil but my coolant that's leaking. There was no warnings or errors on the car as I checked the on board computer. I phoned the VW assist line and was advised by Riyaad that I need to take the car to the nearest VW dealer. Upon assessment 24/06/17, I was advised that a stone went under my bumper, into the radiator n now eveything must be replaced. The warranty doesn't cover it as its negligence??? So I went looking for this freaking stone n supposedly drove over it so it can go up my radiator and cause damages??? Like how stupid can 1 be? Now I had to lodge a claim with my insurance forfeiting my outbonus due to me all due to apparent negligence on my side? What happened to goodwill? I need a prompt response from a qualified person at your VW Warranty department as this is a complete ripoff and definitely not what VW is standing for. This whole incident has left a bitter taste in my mouth and needless to say totally and utterly disgusted!!!</p>
