VW WARRANTY DEPT NO SERVICE

<p>Over the past year I have brought in my polo vivo to a local service centre (Market Square VW) in Uitenhage Earstern Cape) for various services,but one in particular was to repair a ratteling sound that permeats through the interior coming mostly from the seatbelt tensioner area and the A-Frame near the dash. </p> <p> </p> <p>Market Square have taken in my car too many times to mention in an attempt to repair the noise but have been unsuccessful in all their endevours. I attempted to contact vw waranty department reiterating that this car has a manufacturing fault and that it is still under warranty. A week later someone contacted me from the warranty department to tell me that they will not assist me in the repairs or replacement of the car.</p> <p>I have currently reached the end of my teather in this regard- I'm totally dumstruck at the poor service from the warranty department by VW. I strongly recommend that someone from the warranty department contact me with a resolve.</p>
