It is evident that masculinity is among the Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen (Umhlanga Rocks – KwaZulu Natal) branch. I have felt belittled by the men that are at VW. I am so appalled at the service I have received at VW McCarthy Umhlanga Rocks – KwaZulu Natal. I feel because I am a woman, the problems I say are not so important. The serve person kept telling me about the tyre pressure when the problem was the loss of power. When I have problems with this vehicle since it had 4km , the issue was the air corn.

I purchased a brand new POLO Vivo GTS in January 2017. Ever since it’s been problems on top of problems. First it was the air-conditioning system that was not operating then the rubber from the passenger’s side kept falling off. I mean really in a BRAND NEW vehicle is that supposed to be a problem? Later in the year at around Mid-August 2017, I took my vehicle in for the first service which was the 15 000km service, which only requires an oil change. Being the car is used to take me to work and back only. After the car went in for service everything went downhill. I started experiencing problems with the gears, which were lose and the steering also felt loose. In a brand new vehicle, I’m sure it’s not acceptable. Because I am to speak for myself this is not a big enough problem. As I was driving to work I noticed that the vehicle is losing power. As I kept telling the guys from VW, Shaun. How does one individual tell me that I need to drift (open) over rev the car so it is open?

Recently last year this air corn issue started again. I had to take vehicle back to uMhlanga so this will be fixed. I left my vehicle there on the 30th of December 2019. The service guy , name of Shaun asked me whether did i took my belonging in the vehicle, i only told him that my brand new spur wheel bridge stone it in the car. When collecting my car on the 2nd second of January 2020 my brand new Bridge stone spur wheel was changed to a dusty marks Dun lope spur wheel. I informed Shaun in regard this issue , he was very rude to me !!!!! I bought a brand new vehicle cause i didn't want problems but this getting worse over and over. The guys that working for VW Umhlanga are ******* and cruel. I am not happy with the service I am currently receiving at VW uMhlanga. i'm also opening the case about the matter.
