VW TSi clutch burnt in less than a year!!!

I'm really disappointed in VW and their cars now. This regarding my brand new second hand Vw polo 1.2 Tsi of which was a demo under 27km's when I traded in for it May 2018, with a Vivo. Fast forward to March 2019, the clutch burnt right after service for 45km's. (Serviced Monday, clutch broke on a Saturday same week). Went from pillar to post trying to enquire with the service dealership I took it to and the dealership of which I bought the car at. VW claims the warranty doesn't cover and I have to pay R14000 for it to be fixed. This is ridiculous! I used to have a Polo Vivo and there was no hassles when it came to its clutch. A clutch which is suppose to last a person for years, especially with the 8 years driving experience. After going through a number of reviews, turns out I'm not the only one who has a problem with the car and it's clutch. Really disgusting and ridiculous how we are treated for a clear factory fault. Hope something will be done regarding this matter!
