VW thrash

Dear VW,

I've purchased a used vehicle on Tuesday that passed.

Today ( Thursday ) I've had issues with my alarm, each time I locked the vehicle, the vehicles alarm would turn on . I've checked all my doors , windows , boot and made sure that the alarm for the interior was unticked .

I've called your road side assistance. A Technician told me over the phone that i need to take my vehicle to the nearest dealership tomorrow and have this sorted .

What's the FLIPPEN point of having road side assistance being 24/7 if they cannot come and assist me?

I had to remove the battery and lock the vehicle. And now I've gotta reconnect the battery in the morning.

I do not care if this is a warranty or maintenance issue. Road side assistance should have came and sorted the vehicle for the night and then sort the vehicle out in the morning .

What if : - I needed to go to the shop or for some event ? - didn't have a size 10 spanner? Now because of your ******* vehicle, I've had to cancel my evening plans so that my vehicle can be safely locked for the night.

Just so you know . My vehicle is under 7 days old and will be returned back to the dealership on Monday so that i can go buy myself a realiable toyota! I don't want this piece of **** and pathetic service .

Again, what's the point of road side assistance if they aren't going to the road side???
