VW the worse Dealership

Saturday on the 17/3/18 my car fan belt broke and I called Vw SA to assist with a road assistance I was assisted by their agent Babalwa...and he promised me that my car will be taken to the nearest vw dealership of which it wasn't.. it was only taken there Monday around 2am after calling them several times... the whole two days my car with some strngers ,only God Knows what they did to my car.....**** you Vw Saturday I believe you deserve that.....On the 20/3/18 I received a call from one their agent again by the name of Angela and she told me that they won't be able to fix my car as the fault is due to the accident the car had before..OKay I made peace with that....I know they say I Must pay R1004 so that I can get my car and for what because my car is still under warranty and they didn't identify the fault on the car I told them that the fan belt has broke...This is the worse service ever from Vw SA and Vw Lindsey saker vereeniging .
