VW the glen poor customer support

I have been trying to get assistance from VW the glen to send my car for a service, however the customer service I am currently receiving is appalling, Its been 2 weeks I tried emailing and sent through requests on the site along with trying to book dates, however the only feedback I received was 1 missed call and nothing else.

In the past I have had such great service from VW the glen, however I don't whats happening with the current support team, they really need to step up their level of customer support
