VW THE GLEN ********** SERVICE

I'm really unhappy about the service I've received at VW THE GLEN with regards to the car I purchased. My car is not even a month old and already the wipers have stopped WORKING twice! Took the car in for repairs only to find that the same problem is cropping up again. I asked the sales guy who was assisting me if I could please get a loan car while my car is in for service, as I work a sales job that requires me to be constantly mobile, to lessen the inconvenience and he has honestly been nothing but unhelpful! I feel like he's treating me like discarded goods because he's sold me the car and already received the commission so what I say doesn't matter which is not right! I didn't think that I would have to be repairing a supposedly brand new car so many times and so soon! I wouldn't recommend this dealership really and I am beyond unhappy. I understand there's not much one can do about a faulty car but can the sales guy at least show some empathy and give me solutions to this problem!
