VW The Glen

Bought a brand new car 27 October 2018 from VW the Glen . License and Registration were charged on the quotation. Everything is paid up but VW did not do the License and Registration. We had to do the License and Registration ourselves ( meaning we paid for them twice), VW promised to refund us our money since then and everytime we call them, we are told story after story and our money is not refunded to date.
