VW take your car back.

My recent experience with VWSA after sales / complaints department, has left me with a bad experience in dealing with VW.In May 2015 I bought a vw polo from a dealer in Randburg . In October 2015 I serviced this vehicle at vw menlyn. On 22 Feb 2016 the vehicle broke down in the middle lane of the highway on my way to work. There was no warning and cause for breakdown. As a result I was knocked from the back. I almost died on the highway as there were several 18 Wheeler trucks that had to swerve out of the way to avoid knocking the car. I have only had this vehicle for 9 months and I just serviced it 3 months ago. It is still under a service plan and warranty. On the 10 March 2016 I submitted a complaint to VWSA via their website..I am now sick and tired of vw. I have to keep following up. They still don't have an answer for me. They have not answered any of my requests completely to my satisfaction, or at all. I have no faith in vw or in their vehicles anymore. If they delay this long In giving an answer, how long will they take to sort out a problem with a vw vehicle. I am now done with VW, and all I have to Say is VW to \take your vehicle back\" , i will rather go back to Ford."
