VW T-ROC IS NOT A SOLID ROC AS ADVERTISED BUT A HUGE FACTORY FAULT LIQUID WRECK ROC

My new VW T-ROC engine parts' disintergrated while driving caused damage on a radiator due to cheap workmanship called factory fault coupling. VW SA is refusing to own up the damage/factory fault citing that their Ts&Cs they don't fix broken or damaged things. The car is 4 months old not yet been on a 1st service, the has never been in an accident, whatsoever. It's been 8 days now of hitch-hiking and the car is still at the dealership. So, they expect me to drive the car at the same time go sit by the engine to guard against disintergrating parts, hold together or risk paying for damages. The cosultant helping me cited that she has motivated for reconsideration having the complaint been declined at a 1st attempt and I should expect a response in 24-48 hours but in vain. How fair is that, My car is currently at the dealer. Now the lines are down at VW SA and can't reach out to the consultant who has no supervisor, its just a messy business at SA VW, the car costs 750 000 to just disntergrate like that while driving without bumping anything, is this what we are paying for, it is just defeaning to endure this nonsense for no good reasons in the hands of the brand I have trusted for so long, I owned 3 VW cars in the past but now this is how this brand is treating its own hardcore clients.
