VW T-cross, the worse decision I ever made !

On the 19th of December 2020 I bought a new VW T-cross from Barons Pietermaritzburg. On my way to work on 25 January 2021 the car started shaking and flashing the exhaust failure light then stopped on the outskirts of Ulundi. It was towed to VW Vryheid for diagnostics, this took almost a month where parts were ordered and delivered incomplete , only to be fitted in and the car still had a problem. Later I was told the car had contaminated petrol and I needed to pay for the repairs. This was about R27000.

I took the car , again on 25th of March the light returned again it was taken in and returned ,this time at VW Richards bay where they said it was a warranty fault.

Again around the 14th of May 2021 the exhaust failure light returned and the car was towed again to VW Richards bay. This time they said the car was sensitive to petrol.

Ever since then the light comes on and disappears. This week on 2 December 2021 it went for servicing at VW Vryheid, only for me to get a call stating that it seems the cause of the flashing exhaust light is some wires in the car that have been eaten by rats. They said the catalyst needs replacement and that will cost on parts alone R50000 that the warranty will not cover.

How can I be that after making me pay for the repairs the first time now the issue is rats having eaten wires! Throughout this time , I've spent R18000 on car hire and eventually was forced to buy a second car . There must be someone out there that can assist me.
