VW T-CROSS DISASTER

I bought a new car (vw t cross) in December 2019 and the car started giving me problems since may 2020, when I press the start/stop button to start the car it jerks and makes a funny sound and also the whole car shakes. I took to different vw dealers and they all said there was nothing wrong with the car they put it through their diagnostic machines and the car is fine. So it then started occurring frequently, I went to the first service earlier than I should thinking it would be resolved. I went to vw midbay motors in kzn more than 5 times, and also previously I had went to vw Polokwane several times, that's where I bought the car hoping for assistance since I am their client and no one was helpful. In November I left kzn to Polokwane to ask for help again since midbay motors Richard's Bay was not assisting and they only put a data plug in the car, mind you I had been showing them the videos of what the car does and still no help. I then complained about it to vwsa for the 2nd time and still no one wants to help (they don't want to take the blame) from what I get from Riette at vwsa's conversations with me, then early while I was driving suspension bolt got loose and car was not balanced while driving after this car had gone to more than 5 services. Midbay motors vw then said that the car was releasing to much power and the control unit needs to be changed in December 2020,it was changed in January 2021 and still the problem persists daily. Right now they are telling me that they are going to give me another car but I must pay R80000 extra for this car that's giving me problems because I still owe 386000 and the car value is 306 000 on the car systems. I am sad and desperate, really just hurt. It doesn't make sense to pay for a car I am not using while it's a manufacturing error on their side and pay an even higher installment with more interest. They suggest I get the same car with the more expensive price and also add the 80 000 on the new price of the car. I am gutted and don't want anything to do with VW.
