VW Strydompark Service Sucks!

On The 15 May 2019 I took my car in for a Oil Change service. Went there with the impression that i would be taken to work and picked up, when i sign my name for them to take me i was only told then that i will have to find my own way back as they do not do collections, yet alone in the area that i work! (i mean if i need a lift to work wont it mean i need one back to collect my car?). Well i found my own way there. I was told by Ilana, that i need to service my breaks and sunroof, i told her not to do it now (15 May), i will re-book the car in for that. On the 23 May i took my car back in, made sure i let everyone know that they will drop me off and pick me up. When i collected my car on my way home i noticed a little chip on my windscreen! i got home and inspected my car. Got my Husband to double check as well! He also noticed my bonnet had a chip. I emailed Ilana Pillies on the 23/05 she told me she will get back to me first thing Friday Morning 24/05. Its the 27/05 and no-one has gotten back to me! The service that i have received form VW Strydom park has been a nightmare! They tell you last minute that you have to find your own way back! never get back to you when they promise to!
