VW Strydom Park - not happy!

VW Strydom park to be exact.

Took my car in last year Oct and I complained about my handbreak sensor being broken. It came back literally stuck and no longer working to which they denied such a claim. I’m now sitting with a bigger problem because I chose to service with them. Should have just gone to VW Northcliff like I always do!
