VW Strijdom Park and VW SA Clueless!!!! Terrible service

I dropped a car with a maintenance plan off at Strijdom Park VW early in Dec 2020 with a gearbox error message. I was 1st told the car would take 2 weeks to complete because parts have to be ordered.

2 months later, I have spoken to everyone from the service assistant to the parts manager to the managing director's office at VWSA, I've heard all the stories I can hear. Everything from a new process that only affects our model(VW Tiguan) to this specific car being the 1st in S.A to go through this "new" process as well as part orders rejected because of clerical errors to list a few.

To date, the car is still with VW Strijdom park, no indication of when it will be fixed, unkept promises of communication and/or updates. No responses to emails and when I call, further promises that go to nothing.

I now really hate VW***ned 3 of this brand), and will have zero trust or confidence in the quality of the work they would have done if they ever do get it done.

Never buying that brand again, and definitely not recommending anyone take that chance.
