VW STOP START ERROR

I bought a car from VW, this car has a stop/start error. A month or so later after having taken this car, I was given a form to sign stating that they were aware that some of these cars have this error and that they are going to fix it.

My car then started showing this error more frequently than before. So I took the car inn to VW. In the past year, I have taken my car inn 7 times for this same error. They say they can not fix the error if it doesn't show whilst they have the vehicle with them. How many times do I have to take my vehicle inn and also why are they not able to fix this error in one or two tries?! I have now been informed that I should take my vehicle inn to my nearest VW, only when I see that error. It's so hectic because during the day my vehicle is parked then I drive in the noon when the dealership is closed. I have called the dealership I have called VW SA I have e-mailed I have contacted VW on Facebook I have pictures of this error sign, after they have said it's been fixed, they have upgraded my system. I have cried and been depressed and everything. Yet this error keeps popping up and it's not going away!

My question is will something eventually be done about my car because I bought this car for this feature and this feature has an error. What other error may eminate from this one? Do I now have to accept that I bought this car, brand new, to accept this error? Do I really have to go to my lawyers? Last question, how many times does one have to go to VW for the same error before they admit that they can not fix it?! I've been there 7 times!!! That's my milague, time and petrol! Please help me.
