VW Soweto Nancefield Silence treatment received.

What a. Silence treatment received from VW Soweto, i went to put un application with Senzo Zulu Sales consultant he took all required documents from me and never come back to on my application outcome, i went personaliy to check on him and was told about system problem. I called Finance department to check on my application progress but the was no application on my name that Senzo Zulu. has put on the system and it's been a month and two weeks now.

I don't understand why my documents where accepted if they feel that i don't deserve an upgrade on my current Polo Gt.
