VW South Africa - worst service ever

VW Customer Care must be the worst customer care call centre in the country. We have been waiting for an answer for 2 weeks. Kim Diedricks - the so called case manager has been of no assistance and simply don't return phone calls. We have been put through from one department to the next and still no concrete feedback on when the vehicle will be fixed - a vehicle with only 11000km on - it is a VW software issue. VW does not care
