VW South Africa selling false products and no honoring their policy

My vehicle was giving me problems 1000km's away from home. I contacted VW roadside assist and received horrific service. Firstly, there was no technician available to assist, secondly, they gave me incorrect advice and told me to leave my vehicle at one of their dealers at Kings Williams Town which is a ghost town. The Dealer Principal called me and asked me why my vehicle is in his dealership. This dealer has no idea on how the VW Alert works, even worse i do not think VW South Africa themselves know how this product works. VW South Africa is refusing to honor the policy instead are issuing me with invoices and telling me make a plan to fetch my car and to return the vehicle they rented for me as they will not pay for it anymore. Different people keep calling me and no resolution is found they clueless about their own products even though i have asked them to show me where it states that i am liable for repair costs. Worst customer service, unreliable vehicles and clueless staff. I will never again purchase a VW Product; they breakdown and the dealers do not have customer care. All they do is apologize with no resolution.
