Vw South Africa Not honoring quality service to South Africans

I have a t-cross highline with led head lights, the car is currently on a maintenance plan . Vw South Africa doesn't want to honor the replacement of the head light as it's defective, the daytime running light lens has become off colour compare to been pure white , I got to drive around 450 000 rand looking disgusting. The light was meant to last a lifetime and once again Vw cars seems to be poorly made . You can buy an expensive maintenance plan but Vw south africa would look at every avenue not to honor it. There are many issues with the T-Cross range thats not been resolved by Vw .
