VW south Africa is pathetic

VW SA as a whole is *******, I had never experience such a bad service at BMW. I had never wanted VW, however my wife decided we should try it out. Today it proved me and I am going to request a refund or they must replace with a brand new vehicle.

I bought a T-CROSS, 3 months later the breaks malfunctioned, I booked my car in and was never offered a courtesy or whatsoever, they called to say they do not see the problem, then they updated that they waiting for the parts as they figured out the problem. I told the dealer that as a consumer I have the right to demand a replacement. The after sales manager Bruce at VW Lindsaysaker in Fourways told me they will not replace it as they also have rights apparently. Dieyana from VWSA complaint is useless and sided with them, after investigating she tells me it's not their issue and that I should fight with the dealer. These people always talk about fighting as Bruce also told me that he doesn't want to fight with me.

VW South Africa as a whole with their cars and service is a nightmare. I don't know why people buy this brand, however it will soon drop its remunerations after reading all these complaints on hellopeter. It's Pathetic and I will not let them get away with this. Soon they will feel the heat, as a whole.
