Vw South Africa has no customer service

I had logde a complain with them about my head light is now become defective as the day light len is yellowing from inside of a sealed led head light.

The car is still under warranty and Vw contacted me to and stated they not will replace it because the dealer says it's still working. They didn't ask me for pics evidence of the defects.

So I have gathered that the customer must live with this problem because Vw has poor quality parts fitted on the cars when manufactured . One head light is about R32000 .

Toyota on the other hand honor manufacturers defects, as my friends car started to have defects on the head light lens and Toyota replaced it as it was seen as defective.

So guys look at other brands as Vw has no customer satisfaction.and quality of vehicles are poor but you pay very high price for these vehicles.
